Tuesday 11th August 2026: Launched this month on iOS and Android, SimBuster is what the company describes as the world’s first full-stack app-based telecom service, providing users with the ability to create the perfect communications product to meet their needs, wherever they are in the world.
Unlike other products on the market, SimBuster is not just a calling or second number app. It does do those things, but they’re only two of many features, including global eSIM provision, outbound calling, mobile top-ups, call credit, AI receptionist auto attendant, and IVR receptionist builder, this last being the most unique of SimBuster’s offerings.
While IVR is usually found in business telecom platforms, hosted PBX systems, or call centre software, with SimBuster, users can build and manage call flows directly from the app. They can add greetings, voice avatars, menu options, routing rules and receptionist-style call handling with routing options from their phone, making it a cost-effective telecoms solution for startups and small businesses. Professional telecom features that once required a PBX, hosted phone system or reseller account can now be self configured directly from a smartphone in minutes. It also uses voice packet optimization to improve call quality across different networks and regions globally, designed to improve call quality across different networks and regions.
Powered by proprietary software, SimBuster is the first platform to offer a mobile-first IVR/receptionist builder. The patent-pending system holds the potential to change how call flows are created, validated, and stored, for individuals and businesses. It removes the need for previous telecoms knowledge or experience, making it easier and more cost-effective for businesses to take control of their communications.
As well as providing the core telecoms service, there is a commercial element built into SimBuster. With commission/referral logic inside the app, the traditional telecom ISO/reseller model is baked into the mobile experience, with activity tracking and commissions automatically processed.
Oleksii Pimenov, founder and chief software engineer, comments: “SimBuster is turning legacy telecom tools into a mobile-first app experience. Whether someone is launching a business or updating their telecoms system, SimBuster can simplify and optimise their services.
“For too long, telecoms has been a highly technical and expensive area, meaning that only large-scale businesses could benefit from fully optimised services. And even then, they were difficult to manage. Our app-based system allows anyone to deliver professional, tailored communications, wherever they are in the world.”
SimBuster is now available on iOS and Android
