His work has been featured in The Daily Telegraph, Liz Earle Wellbeing, CNN, and BBC Countryfile. His online content has accumulated over 20 million views, and his upcoming book IF is set to redefine how we navigate life’s biggest questions.
A highly decorated speaker, Jez has been listed among the Top 20 Trending Growth Mindset Speakers and Top Keynote Speakers Trending in the UK.
Now he’s set to soar even higher thanks to his new link up with SpeakOut – the UK’s leading and most trusted speakers agency which was acquired earlier this year by the Champions Speakers group.
Commenting on that new partnership Jez said: “I’m delighted and excited to be working with the whole team at SpeakOut. This is my 22nd year as a keynote speaker and at my busiest I’ve delivered over 100 presentations and stayed in hotels for 233 days in a year. Having a professional team behind me to support my clients is essential, and I’m genuinely looking forward to a fun 2026.”
Welcoming Jez to Speakout, Kenny Donaldson said: “We’re delighted to welcome Jez into the SpeakOut family. Jez has firmly established himself as one of the UK’s best and most in-demand speakers. We’re looking forward to helping amplify his expertise to an even wider audience in the years to come.”
When asked what key elements he always includes in his keynote speeches, Jez shared: “Humour, energy, and humanity. I get asked to host a lot of events and so now I see many more speakers. Like good acting, I enjoy watching and listening to a speaker who is a good orator and can physically hold the room.”
Looking forward Jez, who is also a ceramic artist, added: “I’m especially looking forward to helping people engage with the RESET philosophy, to the launch of my ceramics studio with my first collection, and to running more of the clay team-building workshops, which are getting fantastic feedback. I love how something so visceral and deeply enjoyable like creating with clay can have such a profound impact on the charities we support, whilst simultaneously engaging teams.”
Explaining his now world-famous RESET philosophy, Jez said: “It’s really incredible just how big RESET is becoming! It even has its own hashtag, and I didn’t do it!! created RESET for me, and so I could rationalise and formulate a process when I pressed reset on my own life.
“I sold almost everything I owned, moved country, pressed pause on my career and lived in the moment for six months because I knew something wasn’t quite right.
“RESET became my framework to rebuild my life so that it aligned to joy, passion, and purpose. There’s sadly been a lot of death in my life both in a professional capacity (I used to work for the ambulance service as a critical care paramedic) and personally. I woke up today, but a lot of people didn’t.
“Life isn’t perfect but if you’re not actively feeling and aligning to joy, passion, and purpose, what on earth are we doing here?? I wanted to create a formula that others could follow to achieve the same thing, but without having to lose everything, so RESET helps people to pause and realign. It stands for Recognise, Engage, Simplify, Evolve, and Trust.”
