In today’s dynamic world, change is the only constant in organisations. It is vital for organisations to foster a culture of continuous improvement and get better in the competitive world. The technological advancements and changing business strategies demand enhanced organisational efficiency, which can be achieved only by building a culture of continuous improvement. Today’s organisations are more focused on addressing customer needs and creating learning cycles for employees to learn new technologies and project methodologies. This article discusses the importance of building continuous improvement in the organisation and ways to build it for sustainable growth.
