Mobile or cell phones have revolutionized the way we communicate with one another but much more is possible with one of the latest mobile phones that are available on the market. Have you, for instance, considered the nova?
We will consider here many of the features that we are now seeing with today’s mobile phones.
Large Display
Although we still want the mobile phone to be portable enough to fit inside our pocket, we still desire a screen that is large enough to see as much text as possible at once. As well as this, it will allow us to watch movies that we can stream with greater pleasure. This is one of the main reasons why users like to get a phone that is larger in size.
Any phone with a screen approximately 6.7 inches or larger is considered to be a large phone. It can be good to strike a balance on this and go for the lower end of larger so that you satisfy your pocket and your viewing enjoyment. Phones considered smaller are typically only 5.5 inches.
Everyone, by choice, desires a full-view display. Nobody wants to scroll more than necessary up and down their screen when they can, in fact, see everything at once. It makes for a more pleasurable mobile phone experience.
Large Data Storage
As more functions are possible on a mobile phone, so is the need to store more data relating to our activities in leisure and at work. We then have the option of not only streaming but storing music to listen to later, which we can then listen to as many times as we like.
We have seen memory cards increase from 8 to 16 to 32 to 64MB, and we now want that with our mobile phone. Many pictures and videos can be responsible for taking up much of our phone’s memory. You can gain more memory when the mobile phone has internal memory, and it can take a separate micro memory card for additional data to be saved.
In terms of numbers, a 64MB memory capacity can hold approximately 2,184 pictures. This is based on the fact that one picture will be 30 megabytes in file size. A 64MB microSD memory card will, in comparison, hold 38 videos on average, depending on the length of the clips. This comparison does show, however, how quickly you can fill up your memory. The life of many is held within their mobile phone, and so users want as much of that in there as possible at any one time. They want to show others their adventures during unplanned and spontaneous conversations.
Large Battery
Again, on the subject of size, we want batteries that will last for as long as possible and before they need to be recharged. An example of a large battery would be one listed alongside the number 5000 mAh. This stands for milliampere/hour. A 5000 mAh battery is thought to give you eight hours per charge. This should see you through the day. Then, with chargers working forever quicker to replenish the charge, we can guarantee uninterrupted use when we need it.
If you want a mobile phone that will hardly ever run out in a day, then the 5000 mAh battery is something to look out for. Lots of bloggers and creators swear by these types of batteries because they are using their cameras a lot to shoot in high resolutions.
Triple AI Camera
AI with a camera stands for artificial intelligence. An AI phone camera will automatically tweak the settings as you point the camera at the subject, enhancing the shot so that it looks professional. AI cameras will automatically, for their user, blend HDR images in light that is bright and alternative to a multi-image mode of capture in low light. They use the process of computational imaging to create “stepless” zoom effects using two or more camera modules. To have triple AI is an additional bonus.
With any camera, megapixels are important. The larger a camera’s sensor is and the larger the pixels, the more light can be collected. Typically, smartphones have only provided us with eight megapixels, which has ranked their performance lower compared to the results of a digital SLR camera, but now you can get phone cameras that offer 13 MP.
Apps
After choosing your ideal mobile phone, then you can consider how much more it will do for you because of the apps that are available. These will give you tools such as flashlights to help you unlock your door at night and allow you to access a range of different music streaming services. We can now read books on our phones instead of needing a separate e-reader. A mobile phone makes for more compact living. It is then these extra things that a mobile phone is capable of in combination with app technology that will make us glad we chose a phone with a good-sized screen.
We have much to thank technology for when it comes to mobile phones and just what such a small device is capable of. That is as long as we do not go too small to spoil the enjoyment of everything that is displayed on its screen or compromise on its camera. Also, that we consider its battery life and storage capacity.
