Stress, especially work-related stress is something we all have to deal with. No matter how motivated you are and how much you love your job (or not in some cases), stress is always present. This is not necessarily a bad thing. Stress is a perfectly natural phenomenon that can actually have a lot of positive impact.

The right kind of stress serves as a motivator and gives you the energy to keep working through the day. However, when it all becomes too much it can quickly take a turn for the worst. Getting overly stressed can happen to the best of us. As a matter of fact, studies have shown that 300 billion dollars are lost annually due to sick leave and stress-related healthcare costs.

So clearly working till the point of becoming overstressed is not a good option. Luckily there are ways to overcome stress. Preferably work stress would be avoided altogether, but in today’s busy work environment it is virtually impossible. The best thing you can do is to manage your stress, and learn what methods of de-stressing work best for you.

Market inspector has created an infographic which shows 9 quick and easy to de-stress at work. These tips will help you manage your stress levels even during your busy workday.
