Video is an essential component of any company’s training and onboarding program. A video can be used to show people how to do something, or it can be the entire training process itself. Aside from the equipment, one thing is for sure: your audience will care more about what they can gain from watching your video rather than how it was created.

Lighting – You’ll need good lighting for any video, but it’s especially important when recording people. Make sure you have an adequate setup with at least two lights.
